What countries do you ship to?
Although we ship outside the United States payment must be in US funds. Canadian customers may be subject to GST and PST taxes. For the countries that do not allow nicotine products to be shipped into their borders, you may be limited to ordering zero-nicotine cartridges. All international shipments are subject to individual country regulations and restrictions.
Is shipping free for everyone?
Free standard U.S. shipping is offered with purchases over $100. All other shipment methods will be awarded a $9.95 shipping discount. For example, if you order over $100 and ship to Canada your Priority Canada shipping charge will be reduced from $19.95 to just $10.00 because of the $9.95 shipping discount. We cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. Although we are happy to assist you to find your order, all delivery issues should be addressed with your local Post Office and/or UPS.
What shipping options are available?
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center in Destin, Florida via UPS or USPS. We offer Standard Domestic, Express Domestic, Standard Canadian, and Standard International. Shipping options and costs will be displayed on the check out page for the shipping address provided. Please note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You pay just one shipping fee regardless of size or weight of your shipment. The following is a shipping fee schedule.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time frames are merely a guide and are no guarantee of delivery time.
What is your return/refund policy?
We are always happy to exchange or refund products within 30 days of your purchase date to ensure your satisfaction. We will pay for return shipping if an error has been made on our end. If you would like to return product for any other reason, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Since we are located in the state of Florida, you are not charged sales tax when you purchase our nutritional supplements. However, applicable state, city, and/or country sales tax will be applied only to non-food items (i.e. moisturizing cream).
